People are always so quick to complain, but I’d like to start your day with a praise report.  Two of your team members, Marcia Libes and Mark Libes, give me such excellent service that I must let you know about their contribution to your company’s reputation.

The details are way to lengthy to list, but I want you to have a genuine appreciation of the time and extra efforts these two persons put into resolving my matters each time there is a need.

I have never before written a letter like this on an entirely unsolicited basis.  However, in this case I was so impressed by the continuous support and service provided by these team members that I felt compelled to go on record with my praise.

These people truly deserve it.  In an era where exceptional customer service excellence has virtually disappeared from our industry, the work they do should be held up as an example for others to try to emulate.

As a temporary employee, over the past fifteen (15) years, I have worked with numerous agencies and non can compare to the high quality and level of service which I received from these team members.  What particularly impressed me about the great level of customer service provided was that there were no additional financial rewards involved.  It appears that it was simply the team’s extraordinary commitment to excellence in customer service and support that motivates them to always go the extra mile.

In closing, I believe that these two truly deserve to be congratulated and rewarded for providing customer service and support well beyond expectations.
